LUXE is the first of a series of publications from Belvedere Vodka that documents a collection of ideas, images and concepts to inspire the bartending community .
Its a time of big changes for the Belvedere brand. Over the last year the brand’s new positioning has seen it move away from the more ‘natural’ cues of the past and return back to owning the night and those higher energy moments. Which is no more evident than their latest campaign featuring Daniel Craig. We needed to sell this new strategy into markets with a beautifully designed cocktail book. The client wanted this to look and read like a fashion magazine,
LUXE is the first of a series of publications from Belvedere Vodka that documents a collection of ideas, images and concepts to inspire the bartending community. With a look and feel that reflects their new brand values of creative expression, excellence, fearlessness and playfulness, by leaning towards fashion industry cues.
To do this I used; bold typography, ultra close ups, long shadows and playful manipulations of their existing photography. Littering the pages with genuine Belvedere campaign advertisments to nod to what would be expected in.a fashion mag.
